- Execution: Immediate.
- Price: Best available price from the oracle.
- Slippage: Subject to slippage protection (default 1%).
- Use Case: When you need to enter or exit a position now.
Limit Order
- Execution: Deferred. Triggers when Oracle Price reaches Limit Price.
- Price: Guaranteed to be at or better than your Limit Price.
- Use Case: Entering at a specific pullback level or setting a profit target.
Stop Loss / Take Profit
These are conditional triggers attached to your position.
- Take Profit: Closest equivalent to a Limit Sell (for Longs).
- Stop Loss: Triggers a Market Close when the price hits the loss threshold.
Limit orders and TP/SL triggers are monitored by our Keeper network. When the price condition is met, a Keeper executes the transaction onchain.
